Rice Horchata
1 lb. (½ kg) rice
0.55 lb. (¼ kg) sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
1 cup boiled milk
Boiling water, as needed
Preparation:
Wash rice, let soak and drain. Place rice, sugar and ground cinnamon in blender, liquefying well. Strain through a open-weave cloth. Two cloth napkins can be sewn in the shape of a bag by joining three sides to ease this task. Check sweetness, add the cold, boiled milk and sufficient water.
