"Marquesote"
16 eggs
167.5 oz. (500 g) wheat starch
84 oz. (250 g) sugar
Preparation:
Beat eggs to hard peaks, add egg yolks, sifted powdered sugar, and finally the powdered and sifted starch.
Empty this mixture into greased and waxed paper-lined pans. Bake at 662ºF (350ºC).
