Description
Constantly circulating sulphur waters fill the pools at this spa. A very natural environment surrounds it, offering comfortable accommodations for its guests. The pool, 165 feet (50 metres) long by 82 feet (25 metres) wide, has a maximum depth of 13 feet (4 metres). The sulphurous water spring flows into the pool. There is a smaller wading pool, as well, which is 3.5 feet (one metre) deep. The area is filled with trees, gardens, "palapas", children’s playground, food stands, restaurant and parking lot. It remains open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and there is an entrance fee.
We recommend that you visit the town's Central Park and church.
