Telephone Calls

There is an additional charge levied to any telephone call you make from a hotel. Make collect calls or use your international calling card. Ask the hotel operator about any charges or fees before making a telephone call.

Dial 02 to make collect calls inside Mexico.

Today you can make long distance telephone calls from almost any public telephone in the City of Oaxaca. There are some exceptions, of course, and in some remote areas, you will have to find telephone booths.
